Job Title: Chef de Rang

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Rang to join our team at Eden Hotel Collection. As a key member of our Restaurant and Bar team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests and ensuring that every dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Restaurant and Bar team to deliver high-quality service and exceed guest expectations.
  • Work closely with the Executive Chef and senior team to develop and implement food concepts and operational strategies.
  • Ensure that all elements of the multi-outlet operation are running smoothly, from fine dining to bar, lounge, afternoon tea service, and Smith's Brasserie.
  • Inspire and motivate the team to deliver intuitive and memorable service to all guests.
  • Assist the Managers in ensuring that all guests are happy and receiving the best possible service.
Requirements:
  • Professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated to delivering first-class experiences to guests.
  • Comfortable working in a volume-led environment, as well as more intimate fine dining settings.
  • Experience at Restaurant Manager/supervisor level within a variety of environments, bringing broad experience to the role.
  • Strong leadership skills, with proven experience of team retention.
  • Excellent communication skills, and a high level of English – both written and spoken.
  • A 'can-do' attitude and a love of the buzz of being busy.
