Marketing and Business Development Lead

This is a pivotal role for someone with the strategic insight and drive to take our client's brand and business to the next level. You will be tasked with developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to enhance national visibility, drive client engagement, and grow the business. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading marketing initiatives that position the business competitively against national players
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand the client base
  • Strengthening existing client relationships and building new partnerships
  • Analysing market trends and competitor activities to craft a forward-thinking strategy
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand alignment


The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone with experience in a similar marketing or business development role within a large planning consultancy. You'll bring:

  • Proven experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies in the planning or related industry
  • A strong understanding of the planning sector and its client base
  • The ability to think strategically and execute marketing plans that deliver tangible results
  • Excellent networking and relationship-building skills
