Rail Composite Products Area Sales Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Key Account Manager to join our team at Mitchell Maguire. As a specialist construction field sales recruitment consultancy, we deal exclusively with construction field sales jobs and positions within the rail industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales position selling a high-quality range of composite products to the rail industry.
- Deal with rail contractors, main contractors, network rail, and sub-contractors.
- Focusing on the South East, but may go further afield.
Requirements:
- Must have sales experience in the rail industry.
- Must have sold to a related route to market via rail contractors, main contractors, sub-contractors, etc.
- Ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of GRP products.
- Project-led with an ability to think laterally and technically capable.
About You:
You will be an experienced sales professional with a proven track record of success in the rail industry. Your excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships will enable you to excel in this role.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £43,000 - £55,000 plus a 20% bonus.
- A fully expensed hybrid or electric company car or £5,800 - £6,700 car allowance.
