**Job Summary:** We are looking for a dedicated Spares Coordinator to join our team at Galaxy Personnel. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers and managing administrative tasks to excel in their career.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Foster long-term relationships with customers and ensure their expectations are consistently met
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding spares through phone calls and emails
  • Oversee the entire sales process for spare parts, involving interactions with both customers and suppliers
  • Secure competitive pricing and quality for purchased goods by requesting quotes from various suppliers
  • Generate detailed quotations and maintain regular contact with clients to keep them informed
  • Transform customer inquiries into successful sales orders
  • Upkeep a clean and organized workspace and contribute to ongoing improvement projects
  • Maintain effective communication channels with colleagues across different departments
  • Drive sales growth for spares across all contracts
  • Provide valuable spares recommendations to clients based on their specific needs
  • Record data accurately within our MRP system for subcontracted work
  • Spearhead new business development efforts

**What You'll Need:**

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional ability to build rapport with customers and provide top-notch service

**Work Location:** Close proximity to Diss, Norfolk.
**Working Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.
**Estimated Salary Range:** £29,000 - £35,000 per annum.
