We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Patient Services Advisor to join our team at Nuffield Health Glasgow Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional support to our patients, customers, and colleagues, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
Key Responsibilities- Provide timely and accurate information to patients and customers regarding hospital services and treatments.
- Communicate effectively with patients, customers, and colleagues via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of patient interactions and bookings.
- Work closely with consultants and medical secretaries to provide high-quality patient services.
- Ensure all customer interactions are handled in a timely and professional manner.
- Excellent customer service skills and a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, customers, and colleagues.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Basic IT skills and proficiency in using patient information management systems.
