Job Responsibilities
As a Shift Manager at Taco Bell, you'll play a key role in supporting the Restaurant General Manager and driving results. Your responsibilities will include:
• Championing our company culture and values
• Communicating openly and honestly with the Management team
• Providing feedback to Team Members in a positive and constructive manner
• Executing shift duties and responsibilities in an accurate and timely fashion
• Ensuring compliance with cash, security, inventory, and labor policies and procedures
• Fostering Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging behaviors
• Adapting to and supporting change management initiatives
• Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and Occupational Health and Food Safety standards
