About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Shift Manager to join our team at Taco Bell. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of shift employees and ensuring that our restaurant operates at the highest level of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Shift Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant during your assigned shift, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of shift employees, providing guidance and coaching to ensure that they are meeting their full potential.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Financial Management: Manage cash, security, and labor policies and procedures, ensuring that we are operating within budget.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and beverages meet our high standards of quality and safety.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a leadership role, with a track record of success in managing teams and driving results.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to respond to customer needs and resolve issues promptly.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, customers, and management.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
