Job Description: Business Process Improvement Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Business Process Improvement Specialist to join our team at Interface Recruitment UK. As a Business Process Improvement Specialist, you will be responsible for improving business processes and systems to increase efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse existing systems and business processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement process improvements.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to understand business needs.
  • Communicate effectively with teams to ensure seamless implementation of changes.

Requirements:

  • Degree level qualifications or equivalent industry experience.
  • Experience using Agile/Scrum.
  • Experience as business system analyst or similar position.
  • Able to create user stories and analyse system and business processes.

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.
