About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Engineering to join our client, a leading manufacturer in the Wakefield region. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background and leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team and drive business improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a skilled maintenance team to ensure the efficient operation of engineering processes.
  • Develop and deliver projects to improve manufacturing efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement change.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with external contractors and suppliers.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to inform business decisions.

What We Offer

An attractive salary package, including a basic salary of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience. A bonus scheme and comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and pension contributions.
