At MBDA, we are seeking a talented Human Factors Specialist to join our team and contribute to the development of complex systems. With a strong background in Human Factors Integration and Engineering, you will be responsible for ensuring that our technologies meet the needs of military users across various domains.

The ideal candidate will have experience in conducting Human Factors Integration and Human Centred Design processes through the development lifecycle, as well as analysis and assessment of the role of the human in complex systems. You will also possess expertise in physical ergonomics and integration into workspaces, Human Computer Interface prototyping and design, and the conduct of user experiments and trials supporting system development.

As a member of our team, you will work closely with engineers and scientists to develop innovative solutions that enhance the human-machine relationship. Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field such as Engineering or Science
  • Membership of the Chartered Institute of Ergonomics and Human Factors
  • Proven experience in Human Factors Integration and Engineering
  • Strong understanding of Systems Engineering and its interaction with Human Factors disciplines
