We are seeking an experienced and qualified Social Worker to join our team at Hampshire County Council. The successful candidate will work with UASC and refugee young people and children, providing support and care within a multi-disciplinary setting.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and families, including those from vulnerable groups, and be highly skilled at building meaningful relationships to engage them in assessments and plans.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting age/trafficking assessments and CIC procedures
- Assessing, monitoring, and reviewing social care needs of individuals, relatives, and carers
- Providing or purchasing appropriate services/care to meet identified needs/risks
The salary for this role is approximately £35,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
