About the Job

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Resident Support Professional to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional person-centred care and support to our residents.

Your role will involve working closely with our Deputy General Manager and supervising a team of dedicated Care Assistants. You may also be required to support our clinical team in areas such as medication management, assessments, care planning, and reviews.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care. A strong knowledge of clinical care for the elderly is essential, as well as warm-hearted, compassionate qualities with a commitment to providing individualised care and support.
