Job Title: Senior Care Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated individual to provide high-quality care and support to our residents. This role involves working closely with the clinical team and supervising a team of Care Assistants.

About the Role:
  • Maintain a warm, welcoming environment for our residents.
  • Support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans, and care reviews.
  • Supervise and motivate a team of Care Assistants to deliver person-centred care and support.
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
  • Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.
  • Compassionate and committed to providing individualised care and support.
