Key Responsibilities- Provide front-of-house reception duties, including greeting visitors and serving refreshments for client meetings.
- Manage incoming and outgoing post, handle calls, receive deliveries, and scan documents.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies, reordering items as necessary.
- Update client contacts database and prepare client forms, including electronic verification.
- Prepare engagement letters and bind hard copy documents.
- Support with organizing group events and provide administrative support as needed.
- Recent experience working in an office environment, including front-of-house reception work.
- Competent administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Work experience in the professional services sector is preferred but not essential.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and be proactive.
- Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with awareness of GDPR and its application in the workplace.
In return, you will be offered a competitive salary of £22,500 to £24,000, depending on your experience. You will join a collaborative team, working Monday to Friday, 100% office-based with on-site parking.
