About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Administration Assistant, supporting the smooth running of our office. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, visitors, and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide front-of-house reception duties, including greeting visitors and serving refreshments for client meetings.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing post, handle calls, receive deliveries, and scan documents.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies, reordering items as necessary.
  • Update client contacts database and prepare client forms, including electronic verification.
  • Prepare engagement letters and bind hard copy documents.
  • Support with organizing group events and provide administrative support as needed.
Requirements
  • Recent experience working in an office environment, including front-of-house reception work.
  • Competent administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Work experience in the professional services sector is preferred but not essential.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and be proactive.
  • Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with awareness of GDPR and its application in the workplace.
What We Offer

In return, you will be offered a competitive salary of £22,500 to £24,000, depending on your experience. You will join a collaborative team, working Monday to Friday, 100% office-based with on-site parking.
