Job Title: Sales Development Manager, On Trade Sector

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Manager to join our team at COREcruitment. As a Sales Development Manager, you will play a critical role in growing our presence in the on-trade sector, managing key accounts, and developing relationships across pubs, bars, and restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth by increasing sales volumes and securing new business within the on-trade sector (pubs, bars, restaurants).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships.
  • Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to meet customer needs and company objectives.
  • Manage the commercial aspects of accounts, including pricing, contract negotiations, and profit margins.
  • Regularly meet with customers to discuss product offerings, market trends, and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, finance) to deliver seamless customer service.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a sales or account management role within the drinks, hospitality, or FMCG sector.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Full UK driving license and willingness to travel regularly.
