Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Specialist to join our team at Active Care Group. As a leading provider of complex care services, we are committed to delivering high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health conditions.

Main Responsibilities

  • Protect and support the health of individual patients/residents
  • Assess care and health education needs
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate programmes of care, including discharge planning
  • Under supervision, gain experience and skills in clinical practice, facilitation, and teaching
  • Take charge of the ward/department/unit in the absence of senior nursing staff

Requirements

  • A current NMC Pin registration - RMN, RNLD, RSCN
  • A legal right to work in the UK
  • Desirable: CAMHs experience
