Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and adaptable Check In Agent to join our team at Manchester Airport. This is a part-time role with a 5 on 3 off shift pattern, requiring full flexibility in working days and hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Verify travel documents and boarding passes for identity and eligibility.
  • Collect fees, process payments using POS systems.
  • Manage queues for efficient check-in during peak times.
  • Respond to emergencies like flight delays or cancellations in a calm and professional manner.
  • Uphold airline standards and company values in customer service and presentation.
  • Opportunities to upskill and complete airside boarding training.

What We Offer

The hourly rate is £12.47, with weekly pay every Friday. Free airport parking is also provided. This is a temp-to-perm role based on performance.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work physically demanding roles.
  • Work independently and as part of a team.
  • Right to Work in the UK.
