Knights is a forward-thinking legal and professional services firm that values creativity and innovation. We have achieved significant growth through our distinctive business model and culture, and now seek an experienced Premium Event Planner to join our Hospitality and Events Team.

This role requires a candidate who can design, coordinate, and elevate both internal and external events, working individually and as part of a wider national team. The successful candidate will be excited to deliver exceptional experiences with energy and enthusiasm, while being organized, creative, and professional in all aspects of their work.

Responsibilities

  • Design and coordinate hospitality activities in client suites and internal meeting rooms, ensuring seamless execution and premium standards.
  • Book meetings rooms and review space/set up styles to best suit events.
  • Conduct research and provide creative ideas for event themes, venues, and formats that reflect our premium position.
  • Elevate in-house client activity, challenging historical events and standards sensitively.
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues and suppliers to ensure seamless event experiences.
  • Work with colleagues to ensure activity is supported in the best way possible.
  • SOURCE, ORDER FROM, AND LIAISE WITH SUPPLIERS FOR LUNCH EVENTS, BESPOKE NETWORKING RECEPTIONS, EXTERNAL VENUES, AND EVENTS.
  • MANAGE EVENTS CALENDAR TO ENSURE ALL INFORMATION IS GAINED IN ADVANCE AND THE CALENDAR IS OUR UP TO DATE.
  • PROACTIVE PLANNING FOR PAN-OFFICE HOSPITALITY EVENTS TO ENCOURAGE OUR 'ONE TEAM' MESSAGE; EG, WORLD MENTAL HEALTH DAY / WORLD KINDNESS DAY.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and pitch creative ideas confidently.
  • Skilled in writing in a professional manner.
  • Self-starter, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Highly organized with strong administrative confidence.

Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
