We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Field Care Supervisor to join our team at Home Instead. As a Field Care Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional care services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support our Care Professionals in their day-to-day activities
  • Onboard new carers and facilitate introductions to clients
  • Conduct regular check-ins with Care Professionals to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
  • Monitor and improve processes to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Respond to client queries and provide support as needed
  • Participate in on-call telephone support service on a rotational basis
Requirements
  • Hold a minimum QCF/NVQ level 3 qualification in Social Care
  • Understanding of CQC assessment criteria for Outstanding scores
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
