**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Care Operations Manager to join our team at Home Instead. As a key member of our care operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our care services meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide support and guidance to our care professionals in their day-to-day work, ensuring that they have the resources and information they need to deliver exceptional care to our clients.
* Collaborate with our care manager to develop and implement processes and procedures that ensure outstanding compliance with legislations, CQC standards, and regulations.
* Onboard new care professionals and introduce them to our clients, ensuring a smooth transition and excellent client experience.
* Conduct introductions for all new care professional-client matches, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of care and support.
* Support, supervise, and mentor all care professionals, providing coaching and guidance to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
* Ensure that all services are delivered in accordance with our policies and procedures, and that all necessary information is recorded clearly and legibly.
* Respond to client queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
* Deliver care calls as required in emergencies and gaps in the rota, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to our clients' needs.
* Take a turn on the on-call telephone support service, providing 24/7 support to our clients and care professionals.
**Requirements**
* Hold, or be working towards, a minimum QCF/NVQ level 3 qualification in Social Care.
* Have a strong understanding of CQC assessment criteria for outstanding scores.
* Be extremely well organized, with excellent planning and prioritizing abilities and a high attention to detail.
* Possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our care professionals, clients, and other stakeholders.
