Job Details

As a Regional Optometrist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality eye care services to patients in the South East of England. This role involves traveling to various locations, including care homes and patients' homes, to deliver our life-changing service.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate Optometrist to join our specialist team of domiciliary optometrists. You will be working independently, making autonomous decisions, and valued for your professional expertise. Our central teams will provide full support, including logistical, administrative, and clinical support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding eye care services to patients in their homes or care homes.
  • Travel across the South East of England, with clinics scheduled in clusters where practicable.
  • Deliver our life-changing service, supporting patients and providing vital eye care to those who may struggle to access it.
  • Meet or exceed agreed sales targets.
  • Adapt your communication style to build instant and lasting relationships with patients, carers, and family members.
  • Use your expertise to deliver against GOC standards throughout all clinics.
  • Participate and contribute in clinical and commercial reviews.

About You

We are looking for a passionate Optometrist, ideally with some domiciliary experience, who is purpose-driven, commercially astute, and ready to join our specialist team of domiciliary optometrists. You will be available for 3 days a week as a minimum and will be trusted to make autonomous decisions and valued for your professional expertise.
