Job Summary
Network Open is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Optometrist to join our team as a Regional Optometrist. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing organization, providing eye care services to patients in need.
About the Role
As a Regional Optometrist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality eye care services to patients in the South East of England. You will work independently, traveling to various locations to conduct eye tests and provide treatment. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct eye tests and provide treatment to patients in their homes or in care homes
- Travel to various locations in the South East of England, including overnight stays
- Work independently, with minimal supervision
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, carers, and other healthcare professionals
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business
- Participate in clinical and commercial reviews, and contribute to the development of new services and initiatives
Requirements
- Registered Optometrist with a strong track record of experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong business acumen and commercial awareness
- Ability to travel extensively, including overnight stays
