Job Summary:

We are recruiting for a Care Assistant to work with adults and children in the comfort of their own homes, providing specialist nurse-led services and working in partnership with NHS Continuing Healthcare teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality care to clients with complex needs, including spinal, cough assist, tracheostomy, and ventilation.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the development of our carer development centre, providing bespoke training to cover a wide range of client-specific needs.

Requirements:

  • Must be over 18 years old.
