Lead Commercial Innovation in Biotech
We are a fast-growing biotech company based in Cambridge, seeking an experienced Business and Development Director to drive our commercial growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, with a proven track record of identifying market opportunities and driving revenue growth.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and identify new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective business strategies.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in business development or commercial roles within the life sciences or biotech sector.
- A Master's degree in biology, biochemistry, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and drive commercial growth.
We offer a competitive salary range of £65,000 - £90,000 DOE and a share option scheme.
