Event Production Specialist

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Event Production Specialist to join our team at Dreamtek. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical support for our clients' events.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide exceptional customer service skills, explaining our services to technical and non-technical clients as needed
* Collaborate with other technicians and specialists to plan, staff, and deliver event requests
* Operate a range of installed AV systems, including Ross Carbonite switcher, ETC Ion lighting desk, and Sony RCP 1500's
* Troubleshoot and diagnose AV equipment issues, escalating them to the appropriate teams as needed
* Maintain audio visual equipment and ensure SOPs are applied
* Contribute to R&D efforts, identifying ways to improve quality, efficiency, and process improvements

**Requirements**

* Minimum 3 years of professional technical live event production experience
* Strong proficiency in operating installed AV equipment, including Ross Carbonite, Barco switching, and Sony RCP 1500
* Excellent interpersonal skills, including relationship building and collaboration within a diverse team
* Self-starter with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
