Event Production Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Event Production Specialist to join our team at Dreamtek Limited. As an Event Production Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality event production services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute event production, including technical coordination, presentation setup, and support.
- Operate a range of installed AV systems, including Ross Carbonite switcher, ETC Ion lighting desk, Sony RCP 1500's, and SSL L100 audio consoles.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot AV equipment when necessary.
- Ensure SOPs are applied and contingency planning is included in event support.
- Contribute to R&D efforts, identifying ways to improve quality of output, efficiency through automation/tooling, and process improvements.
- Deliver high-quality service to our partners.
- Adhere to broadcast standards for remote and recorded attendees.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of professional technical live event production experience.
- Strong proficiency in operating a range of installed AV equipment.
- Experience working in a broadcast environment, with specific exposure to operating in a gallery/master control room setting.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including relationship building and collaboration within a diverse, cross-functional team.
- Able to commit to being onsite 5 days per week, based within the client's offices.
