About the Role
As a Care Assistant with Alina Homecare, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients. Our Support Worker jobs in Weymouth and surrounding areas are varied and challenging, and we are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality support.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend appointments with clients to provide emotional support and companionship
- Accompany clients to day centres and social activities to promote social interaction and engagement
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing and dressing
- Prepare and serve meals to ensure clients receive a healthy and nutritious diet
- Support clients with medication management and administration
- Assist clients with shopping and budgeting to promote independence
- Provide emotional support and guidance to clients to help them achieve their goals
