About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Tenant Liaison Officer to join our team at Fawkes & Reece (North). As a key member of our social housing team, you will be responsible for developing positive relationships with residents and providing information and support during refurbishment, maintenance, and major works programmes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct pre-entry visits and company inductions to ensure a smooth transition for tenants
  • Collect tenancy agreement/approval forms and maintain accurate records
  • Visit tenants in their homes to advise them on refurbishment schedules and provide support as needed
  • Act as the main point of contact for tenants and resolve any issues or queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Establish and maintain working relationships with neighbourhood housing associations
  • Visit empty houses to advise potential tenants on completion dates and provide information on the refurbishment process
  • Attend and chair tenant forum meetings to keep residents informed of works being carried out
  • Monitor customer complaints and resolve any potential issues in a fair and transparent manner
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and provide feedback to improve services
Requirements
  • A strong and stable career in face-to-face customer service, ideally within the housing or construction sectors
  • A full driving license and a current CSCS Card (desirable)
