Key Responsibilities:
  • Transportation Coordination: Coordinate the transport of goods, ensuring timely deliveries and managing logistics operations.
  • Customs Compliance: Prepare customs and shipping documents, ensuring compliance with global import/export regulations and managing clients' HMRC records.
  • Freight Management: Liaise with freight forwarders to guarantee efficient goods movement and stay up to date on HMRC regulations, Incoterms, and customs codes.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in logistics, customs, or a similar role.
  • Strong customs knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
