As the Cyber Threat Intelligence Lead at Eames Consulting, you will play a pivotal role in driving cybersecurity excellence within our organization. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and attack vectors, as well as proven leadership capabilities and experience in creating and delivering effective cybersecurity training programs. We offer a competitive salary of up to £160,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver bespoke cybersecurity training programs tailored to specific client needs, enhancing their understanding and preparedness against emerging threats.
  • Collaborate with clients to conduct comprehensive cybersecurity portfolio assessments, identifying vulnerabilities and providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and disseminate timely newsletters, threat notifications, and advisories, offering insightful analysis on emerging risks and best practices.
  • Customize scenario-based training exercises for clients and reinsurers to evaluate the resilience of their portfolios and develop strategies to mitigate potential setbacks.
  • Support negotiations with reinsurers and alternative capital providers by providing data-driven insights to inform risk evaluations.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor and expert in the field of cybersecurity.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and portfolio evaluations, refining content and methodologies to ensure maximum impact.
  • Monitor evolving regulatory prerequisites and compliance standards within the cybersecurity domain to ensure alignment with our services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate threat intelligence insights into broader risk management and insurance strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, or a related field; an advanced degree is highly valued.
  • Substantial professional experience in cybersecurity and threat intelligence, demonstrating proven leadership capabilities.
  • Deep technical understanding of cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and attack vectors.
  • Proven track record in creating and delivering effective cybersecurity training programs.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly.
  • Possess an entrepreneurial mindset, showcasing proactive problem-solving and innovative thinking.
  • Demonstrate empathy and a customer-centric approach, with the ability to establish strong relationships.
