Job Overview

The Rowan Organisation seeks an experienced Home Companion Assistant to provide personal care and household assistance to our clients in their own homes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining professional standards of care and behaviour.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing household assistance, including cleaning and laundry.
  • Assisting clients with personal care, such as bathing and dressing.
  • Preparing meals and snacks for clients.
  • Escorting clients on outings and providing companionship.
  • Documenting and maintaining accurate records of care given.
  • Reporting any incidents or changes in client or carer safety.
