We are a purpose-built care home located in the heart of London, providing high-quality care and support to our residents.

Job Title

We are seeking a caring and compassionate Companion and Caregiver to join our team, providing companionship and support to our residents in our care home in London.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide companionship and support to residents, including assisting with daily activities, managing medication, and supporting with hobbies
  • Develop strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
  • Participate in on-call duties and provide cover for colleagues when needed

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification
  • Experience of working in a care setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including alternate weekends and on-call duties

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £12.50 per hour, plus excellent benefits, including free meals on shift, life assurance scheme, and employee assistance programme.
