Job Title: ICT Support Officer

The ICT Support Officer will provide general IT support to the organisation's end users, assist with maintenance and upgrades of their IT Infrastructure, and deploy and install new software and hardware.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical assistance to end-users, resolving IT-related issues across desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, scanners, etc.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to roll out new hardware and systems.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior technical staff.
  • Maintain exceptional customer service standards.
  • Support on-site requests, resolving issues and setting up devices such as laptops, printers, networks, etc.
  • Work effectively within a team of IT professionals.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of approximately £25,000 per annum.
  • A holiday allowance of 28 days per year, rising to 37 days with tenure.
  • A pension scheme with 5% employee contribution and 3% employer contribution.
  • Flexible working arrangements, including hybrid and flexible hours.
About You:
  • You will have over one year of experience in IT support, providing technical assistance for a range of devices.
  • An IT degree or equivalent experience in IT support is essential.
  • You must be motivated, passionate about learning, and a positive team player.
  • You should be adaptable, versatile, and willing to take on various tasks across IT support and projects.
