Job Title: Aesthetic Field Service Engineer

Engineering @ 365 Ltd is partnering with a leading company in the special purpose machinery sector to recruit a Field Service Engineer for a permanent position.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to perform scheduled service, troubleshooting, calibration, and repair of special purpose machinery at client sites nationwide and potentially internationally.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Perform scheduled service, troubleshooting, calibration, and repair of special purpose machinery at client sites.
  2. Ensure efficient installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment, minimizing downtime for customers.
  3. Provide technical support and training to clients on-site.
  4. The role involves both mechanical and electrical based work, requiring understanding of pneumatic systems and the ability to work from circuit drawings.
  5. Assist with the development of service proposals and reports.
Requirements:
  1. Qualifications within an engineering discipline.
  2. Proven experience in a field service role, ideally with special purpose machinery.
  3. Understanding and experience within CNC machinery servicing and Axil alignment of machinery.
  4. Willingness to travel nationwide and internationally.
