Job Title: Aesthetic Field Service Engineer

CV Technical is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service experience to our clients across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Respond to service calls on a UK-wide basis, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer issues.
  2. Perform breakdown, repair, and servicing of metal cutting sawing machines, adhering to strict quality and safety standards.
  3. Offer expert advice and technical support to customers, providing solutions to complex problems.
  4. Conduct thorough fault finding, both electrically and mechanically, to identify and resolve issues.
  5. Report directly to the Operations Manager, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  6. Receive comprehensive training on company machinery, staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and techniques.
Requirements:
  1. Proven service experience in a similar role.
  2. Mechanical and electrical qualifications, with a strong understanding of PLC and CNC systems.
  3. Excellent fault finding skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
