Role Overview:
The Resident Experience Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring that our residents receive exceptional care and service. This involves developing and implementing strategies to enhance the overall resident experience, fostering strong relationships with residents, families, and staff, and contributing to the creation of a positive and inclusive living environment.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement changes accordingly
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
- Coordinate and facilitate activities and events that promote social interaction and community engagement
- Monitor and report any concerns or issues related to resident care or well-being

Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
