We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Childcare Services Supervisor to join our team at a residential children's home in South London. As a Childcare Services Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the home, managing a team of staff, and delivering exceptional care to our residents.

Main Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to deliver high-quality care to our residents.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that the home is run efficiently and effectively, meeting all regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with other professionals, including social workers, therapists, and education staff, to ensure that the needs of our residents are met and their outcomes improved.
- Conduct regular reviews and evaluations to ensure that the home is meeting its goals and objectives.

Requirements:
- A minimum of 1-2 years experience working in a residential children's home or similar setting.
- Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, residents, and external partners.
