School Estates Coordinator Opportunity

Complete Classroom Services Ltd is looking for a motivated and flexible School Estates Coordinator to manage our school's facilities. This is a full-time role, starting in January 2025, with a competitive hourly pay rate of £15-£19 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the safety and functionality of school buildings and grounds.
  • Perform and oversee general maintenance and repairs.
  • Support with setting up facilities for school events.
  • Manage deliveries and school resources.
  • Conduct routine health and safety checks.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a caretaker or maintenance role in a school.
  • A minibus driver's license to transport students to swimming lessons.
  • A proactive and flexible approach to work.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • A willingness to undertake a DBS check.
