Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Fostering Families Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with fostering families to provide support and guidance in emergency situations.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships with children and families, and have a deep understanding of the challenges faced by foster carers.

Responsibilities
  • Provide intensive support to fostering families in emergency situations
  • Develop and implement tailored support plans for each family
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure a holistic approach to supporting children and families
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant qualification or experience working with children and families
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
