Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Consultant to join our team at Vistry Group PLC. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences across our sales hubs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively seek out prospective sales opportunities and follow up with customers to optimize business outcomes.
  • Negotiate with customers to ensure the best sales outcomes for the business.
  • Manage sales diaries for appointments and travel to all sites within the designated sales hub area as required.
  • Develop and maintain a detailed knowledge of all Bovis, Linden, and Countryside Homes sites and house types to provide customers with bespoke sales and purchase options.
  • Work closely with site teams to understand build progress and provide customers with accurate information.
  • Ensure effective management of sales processes and customer relationships to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Experience working in a customer-facing role delivering under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong administration and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
