Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Consultant to join our team at Vistry Group PLC. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences across our sales hubs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively seek out prospective sales opportunities and follow up with customers to optimize business outcomes.
  • Negotiate with customers to ensure the best sales outcomes for the business.
  • Manage sales diaries for appointments and ensure effective communication with customers.
  • Travel to sales sites as required to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of our product offerings, including house types, plots, and build progress.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Ensure all customer interactions are recorded and in line with GDPR.
  • Deal with customer complaints and difficult situations in a polite and efficient manner.

Requirements

  • Experience working in a customer-facing role with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong IT skills, with knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Full driving license and access to a suitable vehicle.
