We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our team at Vistry Group PLC. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences across our sales hubs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively seek out prospective sales opportunities and follow up with customers to optimize business outcomes.
  • Negotiate with customers to ensure the best sales outcomes for the business.
  • Manage sales diaries for appointments and ensure effective communication with customers.
  • Travel to sales sites as required to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Have a detailed knowledge of our product offerings, including house types, plots, and build progress.
  • Proactively manage and follow the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction and sales growth.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business results.

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer-facing sales role with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Knowledge of the property market and a keen interest in delivering high-quality sales outcomes.
