Traffic Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Traffic Engineer to join our team at Telent Technology Services Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of traffic signals and associated equipment across the Salisbury area and Wiltshire region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete planned periodic inspections and maintenance in line with agreed schedules and SLAs
  • Attend assigned reactive faults and interrogate traffic signals controllers to identify faults
  • Ensure test equipment, PPE, and vehicles are compliant with up-to-date certification
  • Follow site specifications for quality and accuracy
  • Be aware of safety at work and identify potential hazards
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of electrical maintenance and installations or equivalent experience in electrical engineering or traffic engineering
  • General IT skills with the ability to use a tablet
  • Works well within a team
  • Possesses a full UK driving license
