Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive transportation plans, including travel plans, site access appraisals, and transport notes.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant local and national policy and guidance to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Utilize ARCADY and PICADY for junction capacity modeling and LinSig for traffic signal design.
- Conduct preliminary design of access, junction improvements, and highway schemes using AutoCAD.
- Perform swept path analysis using AutoTrack and create high-quality graphics using GIS packages or Corel Draw.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
- Prepare client briefs and fee proposals for submission and contribute to company-wide bids and frameworks.
- Work towards business targets and contribute to the growth and success of the company.
Candidate Profile:
- Hold a formal education in Transport Engineering, Geography, or Transport Planning.
- Have experience in development-focused Transport Planning.
- Be a member or seeking membership of a professional organization.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills and a high standard of work ethic.
- Demonstrate accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work proactively and use initiative.
Salary and Benefits:
£40,000 to £50,000 Per Annum
