About the Role

Capgemini Invent is seeking a seasoned Life Sciences leader to drive transformational change for our clients and their customers. As part of the sector leadership team, you will help set a visionary direction, lead delivery of the strategy, and develop our team to position our offers and services for positive outcomes with our clients.

In this role, you will play a key role in:

  • Leading the direction of the business, driving forward the model, and coaching and developing junior members of the team.
  • Using your deep sector and consulting expertise to help clients in your chosen area of specialism, including Enterprise transformation, Clinical Transformation, and Connected Health.
  • Leading one of our strategic Life Sciences Accounts, developing strong CXO relationships globally, and demonstrating account leadership.
  • Taking an active role in the growth and development of the team, building our capability through recruitment, coaching, and professional development.
  • Learning & development – Training to support your career development and the skills demand within the company.
  • Experience of proposition building and delivery.
  • Business development – generating new business opportunities through a combination of the organisation's broader pre-existing relationships and your own network.
