We're seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our team at The Crown, a premium pub in the heart of Chertsey. As a key member of our kitchen team, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality food and exceptional service to our guests.

What We're Looking For:

We're looking for a talented and motivated Sous Chef who is passionate about delivering exceptional food and service. As a natural leader, you'll have a proven track record of championing excellent service through quality food, and be able to demonstrate your creativity and ability to design and deliver new dishes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the kitchen staff rota, training, and health and safety effectively
  • Work closely with your Head Chef to design and deliver new menus and daily specials
  • Drive sales and deliver growth through engagement with both kitchen and front of house teams
  • Develop and maintain effective controls with regard to both GP and labour
