Your Key Responsibilities:- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Help residents with mobility and transfer activities, ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Develop and maintain relationships with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Experience in nursing home or residential care settings is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings.
