We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join our team at GLG Vets in Ludlow, Shropshire. As a key member of our veterinary care team, you will provide top-notch care to our patients and contribute to a welcoming work environment.
About the Role- Salary: £65,000 to £70,000 per year
In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality veterinary care, consultations, and surgical procedures. You will also ensure the health and well-being of all animals under your care and collaborate with veterinary assistants, nurses, and other team members.
You will maintain accurate records and manage client communications, ensuring that every interaction is professional and informative.
Requirements- Degree in Veterinary Medicine and active license to practice in the UK
- Strong diagnostic, surgical, and medical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
