Veterinary Care Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Veterinary Care Team Lead to join our veterinary practice in Ludlow. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality veterinary care and enjoy working in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide exceptional veterinary care and treatment to a variety of animals, utilizing your expertise and knowledge to ensure the best possible outcomes.
- To perform routine check-ups, surgeries, and emergency care as required, always prioritizing the welfare of our patients.
- To maintain accurate and detailed medical records for each patient, using your organizational skills to ensure seamless communication between our team members.
- To work collaboratively with our dedicated team of veterinary nurses and support staff, sharing your experience and expertise to drive excellence in patient care.
- To ensure the smooth operation of our clinic during your shifts, using your problem-solving skills to address any challenges that may arise.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Veterinary degree (MRCVS or equivalent), demonstrating your commitment to lifelong learning and professional development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build effective relationships with colleagues, clients, and patients.
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team, leveraging your autonomy and collaboration to achieve outstanding results.
- Experience in both routine and emergency veterinary care, ideally gained in a busy clinical setting.
- A commitment to continuous professional development, staying up-to-date with the latest advancements and best practices in veterinary medicine.
Shift Details: This role works to a 4-day week with 1:6 Saturdays 9-5pm (Full Time).
