Redefining and positioning technical capabilities across our organisation is crucial for success. As the Strategic Technical Director for National Security, you will lead the coordination of science, technology, and engineering disciplines to develop new capability for commercial exploitation.
Job Description- Drive NS capability development to build products and services meeting strategic goals for revenue growth and profitability.
- Collaborate with Client Managers as the 'voice of the end customer' and Commercial Lead to represent the 'voice of the product' into capability build and commercial exploitation of IP.
- Line manage the NS product development team, overseeing career development, objective setting, and performance management reviews.
- Perform technical security risk assessment and assurance on behalf of the NSLT.
- Oversee technical risk management for NS-delivered capability, ensuring compliance with Roke policy and process.
You will be responsible for primary interface with Roke Corporate Services to assure infrastructure and capabilities required by the NS technical community.
